How many credits can an AI startup get?

The largest programs are Google for Startups Cloud Program (up to $350,000 for AI startups), AWS Activate (up to $200,000 via partners), and Microsoft for Startups (up to $150,000). The top tiers usually require venture funding.

Can I get credits without funding?

Yes: entry tiers such as AWS Activate Founders, Google for Startups Start, and Microsoft for Startups are open without funding, with smaller amounts. You need a website, a company email, and a product description.

What can startup credits be spent on?

Usually on the provider's cloud: GPUs, storage, and managed AI APIs (Vertex AI, Bedrock, Azure OpenAI). Some programs also cover partner models, such as Claude via Bedrock or Vertex.
